Discuss the goals and desired design characteristics of your website. We start by discussing your website goals and design characteristics before doing anything else. We want to make sure our Website in a Day process makes sense for what your needs are. |

Select the website template based on design characteristics. After understanding your goals and design characteristics we search through our website template catalog of thousands of designs. We select up to 3 designs that are candidates based on your design characteristics. We review these with you and select a final design to work with. Remember that the template is just that: a starting point. Your color scheme, font choice, logo, unique organizational structure and custom information will be part of the final website. Using a template as a starting point is the main way we are able to build a customized Website in a Day. |

Identify the website decision maker on your side and the coordinator on our side. We require a single person on your team who can make decisions about the website's design, organization and content. This is especially critical during the development of the website when many questions need to be answered in order to move development along. Additionaly, there will be one point-of-contact on our side to coordinate all development activity across our team that includes a server-side developer, client-side developer, web designer and server administrator. |

Schedule the development date. We will select a date that your primary decision maker is available to dedicate to advising the website development process. |

Develop your website. On development day, our team is 100% focused on your website. We'll be in contact with your primary decision maker frequently throughout the day as we need decisions on design, organization and content. |

Send you the final website files. Once your website has been completed, we'll send you all the files. The final deliverables will be fully functional HTML and all necessary supporting artifacts like image files, Javascript libraries, etc. Some clients use our HTML as a starting point to implement the website on top of a more dynamic programming framework. We can also implement the site in a programming framework of your choice such as PHP, Java or .NET for an extra fee. We can also implement the website within a Content Management System (CMS) such as Joomla, Mambo, or others for an extra fee. |
